Denture Implants

Implant dentures are a cutting-edge technology in modern oral restoration. They involve implanting artificial roots (mostly titanium) into the alveolar bone of an edentulous area. After the artificial roots have established a stable bond with the bone, dentures are then placed over them. This procedure can restore chewing function, provide a natural appearance, provide excellent comfort, and mitigate alveolar bone atrophy.

Bright Platinum Smile Customized Dental Implant Technology

Digital implant guides are tools used to assist with dental implant surgery. Restorative implant surgery requires precise control of the implant's depth, direction, and position, which cannot be achieved solely through visual inspection and experience. This is why digital implant guides are so crucial.

3D scanning technology captures the patient's oral structure and generates an accurate digital model

Customized guides are tailored to each patient's specific needs to ensure accurate implant placement and angle.

Avoid extensive damage, reduce surgical time, and make the implantation process more minimally invasive and precise.

🇰🇷 Korean Osstem Implant

Osstem, a Korean dental implant brand, uses a highly biocompatible artificial implant (usually made of titanium) implanted into the alveolar bone to replace the missing tooth root. As the bone tissue gradually integrates with the implant and stabilizes, the doctor then installs a crown to complete the restoration.

🇸🇪 Swedish Astra Implants

Astra Tech Implant System, a Swedish company, was originally a division of a Swedish pharmaceutical company specializing in the development of artificial tooth roots. Its products are renowned for their high quality and excellent clinical results, especially its unique surface fluoridation treatment technology, "OsseoSpeed," which promotes bone growth and reduces marginal bone loss.

After implantation into the alveolar bone, its special surface treatment (OsseoSpeed®️ fluoridation technology) promotes bone cell attachment and accelerates bone integration, making the implant more stable and the recovery period faster.

🇨🇭Swiss Straumann non-hydrophilic implants

Swiss-based Straumann prioritizes the stability and safety of dental implants. Based on scientific evidence and research data, they continuously develop and innovate to provide high-quality implants. Artificial roots are implanted into the alveolar bone, where they form a close bond, restoring both tooth function and aesthetics.

Conventional sandblasting and acid etching treatments are water repellent and for patients with good alveolar bone condition, the healing period is approximately 8-10 weeks.

🇨🇭Swiss Straumann hydrophilic implants

The primary difference between Swiss Straumann hydrophilic implants and non-hydrophilic implants lies in the surface treatment, not the underlying material. The biggest difference lies in the surface treatment and healing speed. Hydrophilic implants undergo a special surface treatment that allows them to absorb protein and blood more quickly, accelerating bone cell growth. They are suitable for patients with poor bone quality or chronic conditions (such as high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and high blood pressure, and diabetes).

Hydrophilic implants are coated with a special hydrophilic coating (such as SLActive) to make the surface more receptive to water and protein, accelerating bone integration and a faster recovery period.

Dental Implant Procedure (Treatment Duration 6-12 Months)

Step 1

Provide personalized plan recommendations and doctor appointment times, and learn about the types and prices of different implants.

Step 2

After oral anesthesia, a painless minimally invasive surgery is performed to place the implant into the alveolar bone groove. It takes half a year for the implant to fully integrate with the alveolar bone.

Step 3

To preserve the integrity of the tooth root, purified bone powder and collagen are placed in the alveolar bone to accelerate wound healing and lay a good foundation for subsequent dental implant treatment.

Step 4

After oral anesthesia, a painless minimally invasive surgery is performed to place the implant into the alveolar bone groove. It takes half a year for the implant to fully integrate with the alveolar bone.

Step 5

Check the condition of the implants and gums, install temporary dentures, help shape the gums and ensure their subsequent growth position to adapt to the occlusal position of future implants.

Step 6

After confirming that the implant is firmly fixed in the palate, a pre-selected tooth-colored crown is installed, and precise adjustments are made throughout.
